Sapphire Gas Solutions (“Sapphire”), a leading provider of distributed energy infrastructure, today announced the acquisition of assets owned by Spectrum LNG (“Spectrum”), a leading small-scale liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) producer. The acquisition consists of the Desert Gas LNG Plant in Ehrenberg, Arizona, an operating LNG facility, and a site for future expansion in Stroud, Oklahoma.

Sapphire Gas Solutions (“Sapphire”), a leading provider of distributed energy infrastructure, today announced the acquisition of EDGE LNG (“EDGE”), from affiliates of Blue Water Energy. EDGE is a Texas-based LNG company that provides liquefaction, delivery and vaporization services to customers through modular and mobile liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) equipment.
