Rose Hunter Jones and Sarah Resczenko continue AI law leadership through Sedona roles

Hilgers Graben PLLC is proud to announce that partner Rose Hunter Jones and senior counsel Sarah Resczenko have been selected to serve on specialized drafting teams within The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 13 (WG13), which focuses on issues surrounding artificial intelligence and the law.

Ms. Jones is a globally recognized name in eDiscovery and legal AI and is often sought after by legal publications to analyze emerging legal tech matters. For the conference, she has been appointed to the Regulatory Crosswalk Drafting Team, which will analyze how existing legal and regulatory frameworks intersect with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Ms. Resczenko is known for expertise in eDiscovery, transactional law and data security compliance. She regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance and the ethical deployment of generative AI systems. At Sedona, she will contribute to the "How-To" Guide for AI Governance Drafting Team, which will provide practical guidance for legal and compliance professionals navigating AI oversight and implementation.

The Sedona Conference is a highly respected legal think tank known for providing consensus and clarity on complex legal and regulatory challenges. Its Working Group 13 brings together judges, practitioners and scholars to examine legal implications of AI, data analytics and emerging tech in litigation and compliance.
